We want you to love your Omaze UK fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return slip provided in your delivery.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label at home or at a designated drop-off point, then hand over your package to our courier partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
